Practical information on Posters

THE CONFERENCE HAS NOW BEEN MOVED ONLINE
ALL INFORMATION IS ON THE PROGRAM PAGE

GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING AND MOVING AROUND POSTER SESSIONS:

All posters will be presented in breakout rooms on zoomparticipants and presenters should all update to the most recent version of Zoom (version 5.4.6) as this will allow them to move freely from one room to the next

Participants can move around between breakout rooms by clicking on Breakout rooms,

Then choose the poster session they want to join
And confirm
To leave a poster session and join another, you need to leave using the BLUE option
and select LEAVE BREAKOUT ROOM

This will take you back to the main room from which you can join another poster

RULES FOR POSTERS:

- Poster Presenters will be allocated one room for the whole poster session. They will have the right to share their screens

- We recommend posters that can fit and be read as pdf in full screen so no magnifying is necessary. We provide templates at the bottom of size based on the Jacobs template (http://www.latextemplates.com/). This one works on TeXworks (on Mac) but you need to bypass the error message (an issue with a frame) and press return a couple of times in the command bar.

All poster presenters are invited to prepare a 3 minute introductory video + about 3 slides (which they comment in the video)The short poster presentations will be available in a dedicated section of the Conference website and help participants navigating through the online poster sessions.
If you wish to make your video presentation and/or poster available, please send your poster and/or video presentation at 2020.ec2@gmail.com by Wednesday December 9
Pre-recorded poster presentations are not mandatory.

- In addition, we will upload all posters we receiveon the website (unless you request we do not)
